Appraisal system is alphaneumeric based through which one employee’s appraisal is derived by both number based appraisal as well as he is judged for his behavioral attribute through alpha appraisal process. KPI is set at the begining of the appraisal period which is then evaluated at the end of that period but the appraiser can keep his key performance record throughout the period.
