LC TUPLE

LC TUPLE automates the operation of LC for both bank & customer. Customer can send request of LC from their own device that reaches the bank instantly using pre built template. It eases the operation and ensure faster services to the customer.
This application can track in which desk how much time is taken to handle one file; thereby TAT is monitored. It is event based. Customer can upload documents at each event from their own workstation; thereby bank can process the LC faster.
Mentionable feature is that it sends the draft MT 700 to the customer through this system only. This draft MT 700 reaches the customer through Email and from this application itself. There is no need to use Outlook to send the draft using existing manual process of copy & paste in Outlook of MT 700. On the other hand; customer himself can send his observation (if any) as per SWIFT message field of MT 700. Hence, the communication between the bank and customer remain in the same platform. On top of this, customer can still send his observation through Email as well on the draft MT 700.
It send notification through email and SMS at each event to different defined parties (e.g; customer, RM, LC officer of the bank etc). Present status of LC is available to know online to the allowed parties including customer. This solution is Blockchain powered.
