Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and target-loving marketing & sales manager for our mother
company, Project 2morrow Software Ltd. and its associated companies to increase and enhance
its sales many folds in both local and foreign market. he will also work to find customers from
local market. He will have to equip himself confidently with our ready solutions so that he can
convenience the new customer and thereby increase sales.
Who we are?
Project 2morrow Software Ltd. is one of the fastest growing Software Development company in
Bangladesh having seasoned functional domain experts who worked in big companies over two
decades locally and globally in top management level. We embrace R & D. This company is
founded & led by veteran techno-functional experts with more than two decades of practical
experience.

We have already developed 20 enterprise software. Out of these there are 10 flagship solutions.
Apart from these, 15 software are under development.

We have registered private limited company in UK and soon we will open our another registered
office in Australia. We have our sales office in U A E and we are in the process of opening our
new sales office in Saudi Arabia, USA.
Existing Team composition:
We are having separate Digital Marketing team, Content creation team, Front end engineering
team, Backend engineering team, Mobile app engineering team, SQA team, Sales Team.
Bonding of the team is a great.

Key Responsibilities

  • Do all the things, including demo/presentation/meeting /discussion etc for increasing sale of our companies. You need to equip yourself with the features & functionalities of all the solutions and services of our companies for demo/presentation/meeting / discussion etc. You need to work for both local and global market (e.g; LinkedIn & other freelancing sites)
  • Analyzing the posted works which are available in freelancing sites
  • Find & fit suitable works for us from freelancing sites and local market
  • Compare suitable works with our already developed solutions
  • Discuss with our software engineers about the requirements that the prospective customer asks
  • Participate in the bid
  • Discuss and have meeting with the clients (who has given the job post) and give demo to the clients – you need to take the ownership
  • He has to acquire deep knowledge on the functionalities and features of already developed solutions of our company
  • S/he has to follow up with customer continuously
  • Need to be familiar with our CRM system and keep your activities there.
  • S/he has to acquire profound knowledge on our already developed solutions, under-development solutions & different services of our companies (mainly for our software company & interior company) so that s/he can convince the potential customer.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 Year in the particular area as mentioned below

Skills

  • Candidates has to have previous marketing experience of say 6 months to 1 year in same job field, i.e; acquiring new clients / lead from freelancing sites or LinkedIn.
  • He has to be excellent presentation skill for both remote demo and physical demo.
  • He has to communicate in nice accent in both English and Bangla with the clients. Expertise in other language will be a plus.
  • He has to have strong convincing capability to convert leads into sale through persuasive & logical discussion with prospective customer.
  • He has to maintain a good collaboration between our software engineers and the clients
  • He has to have sound skill in writing in both English and Bangla.
  • He has to have very good skill in preparing nice presentation using tools like MS Power Point or Prezi, Figma etc.
  • Knowledge in Figma will be added quality
  • He needs to travel for customer visit
