Job Description

To join our team, we're looking for a qualified, skilled, and knowledgeable Interior Architect & Designer who will be Project Coordinator as well, possessing sound Interior Designing skill & project coordination capability among different parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must have 1 year to 2 years practical experience in interior design work and project coordination capability among stakeholders; such as – Customers/Clients, field workers, technicians, material suppliers, vendors, different departments in own office & other related parties.
  • • Solid high-end interior design experience, expertise in 3Ds Max, Sketch, Up, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Working Design, Layout Design, New Site Visit, BOQ
  • Monitoring & coordination of field workers, technicians, different parties, customers’ workers and other different parties who will be working / engaged in the ongoing and upcoming projects. Practical managerial capability along with related skill is needed.
  • 3D Animation
  • Conceptualisation of the project work and measurement of the project
  • Practical work experience in landscape
  • Work as an active member in the team
  • Follow-up leads.
  • Visit clients and make sales.
  • Take client requirements properly and brief the design team.
  • Collaborate and get quality designs prepared.
  • Prepare quotations and presentations for clients.
  • Prepare designs based on client requirements.
  • Handle client queries and ensure after-sale support.
  • Building design
  • Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in English will get preference.
  • Daily input of summary update in the online software (office provided) for project update
  • Tracking of expenses of all categories for the ongoing projects and prepare summary of project cost for all cost categories.
  • Need to travel in any location based on the requirement of office and customer for official purpose.
  • If needed need to travel abroad.
  • Travel allowance will be provided by office.

Qualifications

  • BSC or Diploma in Interior Architecture / Architecture
