We are expanding our business development and digital marketing team and are looking for an Assistant Manager who is smart, proactive, and results-driven in LinkedIn marketing, B2B/B2C lead generation, content strategy, and freelance business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach
  • a. Develop and execute result-oriented LinkedIn marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C segments.
  • b. Find and connect with prospective clients and key decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
  • c. Maintain and grow professional relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
  • d. Share relevant content, case studies, and updates to boost engagement and visibility.
  • e. Should be expert in showing lead generation and sales conversion repot on daily basis.
  • f. Number driven lead to be generated from LinkIn.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • a. Identify and generate qualified leads for different software products developed by the company.
  • b. Use multiple channels including LinkedIn, cold emails, inbound strategies, and marketing funnels.
  • c. Create and manage effective lead nurturing workflows to convert prospects into customers.
  • d. Number driven lead to be generated.
  • Freelancing Platform Expertise
  • a. Manage and optimize the company's profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and other freelancing platforms.
  • b. Craft compelling proposals, pitch decks, and case presentations to secure software development projects.
  • c. Track opportunities, submit bids, and book regular projects for the company.
  • d. Number driven lead to be generated from Freelancing sites.
  • Company Profile & Digital Presence
  • a. Design and maintain an engaging company profile on social, freelance, and industry platforms.
  • b. Showcase successful case studies, testimonials, and software capabilities creatively.
  • c. Collaborate with the design team for visual storytelling and brand representation.
  • Social Media & Paid Campaigns
  • a. Plan and implement paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • b. Monitor ROI, conversion rates, and performance metrics to continuously improve results.
  • c. Manage remarketing, targeting, and A/B testing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • d. Should be expert to use different digital marketing tools for LinkedIn, Freelancing sites, SEO.
  • e. Should be expert in showing lead generation and sales conversion repot on daily basis.
  • f. Number driven lead to be generated.
  • Content Strategy & Management
  • a. Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly content, blog posts, product descriptions, landing pages, and campaign materials.
  • b. Use content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and Webflow to publish and manage marketing content.
  • c. Collaborate with technical and creative teams for promotional video scripts, banners, infographics, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, digital marketing, and lead generation.

Skills

  • Excellent command over freelancing platforms and B2B client acquisition strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Webflow, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong content creation and writing skills in English.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, SEO/SEM, and social media algorithms.
  • Self-driven, organized, and analytical with a strong commitment to results.
